At 50 km from the campsite, the wolves of Chabrières invite you for a visit to their living environment near Guéret in the Creuse. Enter the woods of Chabrières and meet with grey, white and black wolves. The site counts more than 45 wolves living in semi liberty, surrounded by unspoiled nature. If you’re lucky, you may be seeing these mysterious and fascinating animals from very close by, from the fences with peaking windows or from the observation posts. Besides a visit to the park, you can also discover the exhibition about wolves, from legend to reality. In summer, nighttime walks are organised to hear the wolves howl in the silent night… A unique experience!
