RESERVATION

How to make a reservation

You can reserve :

From our website https://www.camping-de-poinsouze.com/, booking is smooth and secure.
By calling the campsite reception on 05.55.65.02.21

Your reservation becomes definitive once you have paid the deposit of 25% of your stay, payable by credit card at the time of booking. All reservation requests must be accompanied by payment of the deposit.

Can I choose my location?

When booking, you can specify your wishes in the “comments” section (shady, far from the sanitary facilities, etc.)

If the pitch is unavailable, the campsite will contact you to offer you another pitch.

How can I check that my reservation has been registered?

You will receive an e-mail and a letter confirming your reservation.

How can I make a group reservation?

For group bookings (more than 5 accommodations), please contact us via the contact form.

PAYMENT METHODS

How do I pay my deposit?

  • By credit card, this payment is totally secure and is available for all bookings on our website.
  • By cheque :

When do I pay my balance?

When :

  • The balance of your stay must be paid on the day of your arrival.

Can I pay for my stay with VACAF cheques?

Unfortunately, our campsite does not accept VACAF cheques. Only credit cards, direct debits, vacation vouchers and e-vacances (ANCV) are accepted.

How can I change my stay?

CANCEL MY RESERVATION

How do I cancel my stay?

For all cancellation requests, please contact us by e-mail at: campingpoinsouze@gmail.com

What are the cancellation conditions?

In accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, none of the services offered are subject to the right of withdrawal. Consequently, any cancellation by the customer after booking and before arrival will result in

  • retention of the customer’s deposit.

THE CHILDREN

From what age are children looked after by activity leaders?

Our campsite welcomes children aged 4 and over for a supervised activity.

Are babies and children counted in the number of people for accommodation?

The maximum capacity shown for our rental units includes all participants in the stay, including children and babies.

The good news is that there is no extra charge for children under 2 years of age on a bare pitch all season long.

ANIMALS

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed in rentals. They are allowed on camping pitches out of high season and at an extra charge.

Pets must be kept on a leash, their vaccinations must be up to date and you must pick up after them.

MY ACCOMMODATION

Are rentals equipped with air conditioning and heating?

The units are equipped only with heating, with no air conditioning.

Do rentals come with blankets?

All our rentals are equipped with blankets or comforters and pillows. Sheets can be provided at extra cost.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included in my booking?

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price.

When you leave, you will be asked to :

  • Completely clean your accommodation and terrace
  • Empty the fridge
  • Emptying and taking out the garbage cans
  • Washing up
  • Remove disposable mattress protectors from beds
  • Lock your accommodation and return the key to reception.

What is the maximum capacity of my accommodation?

For rentals, the maximum capacity can be found on the description of each rental sheet.

For pitches, the maximum capacity is 6 people.

MY STAY

What time can I arrive and leave?

For rentals:

On the day of your arrival, you can come as early as 3pm to enjoy the campsite and its facilities.
On the day of your departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10am.

For pitches:

Arrivals are from 1.30pm and departures before 12pm.

For late arrivals after 7pm, please contact the campsite in advance and inform them of your arrival time.

Will I have to pay a deposit for my stay?

For rental accommodation: 200€ to be paid on arrival. Either cheque, cash or credit card imprint.

  • Pitches: PREMIUM 20€, PRIVATE SANITARY 50€ to be paid on arrival. Cheque, cash or credit card imprint

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?

One parking space is provided per accommodation. No additional vehicles are allowed on the pitch without prior agreement from the campsite.

Are there hiking trails directly from the campsite?

Yes, documentation available from reception (map and itinerary available at reception).

Are there any cycling routes directly accessible from the campsite?

Yes, document to be requested at reception (map and itinerary available at reception).

Are visitors allowed?

Yes, you can welcome friends and family. They must be notified to reception on arrival. Their vehicle must be parked in the visitors’ parking lot, and access to the swimming pool is strictly forbidden. Visitors must leave the campsite by 10 pm.

Can I use the pool area without staying at the campsite?

Our aquatic areas are reserved exclusively for our customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept minors?

Minors are only accepted in the presence of a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay.

Can I swim in the pond?

Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited. It is reserved for fishing and canoeing.
